Because of the natural variation between prints, and the limits of what we can post on the web, we are unable to fully capture every nuance of the works found in our online gallery. That said, our offerings are of the utmost quality, and we stand by every print we send out.

The Pence Printshop offers a 30 Day, 100% Money-back Guarantee, allowing you to return the print if you are not satisfied with its quality. We will work with you to either replace or issue credit for exchange of any like item in the shop. If necessary the Pence will offer a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of the purchase. We want you to be happy with your new artwork!

Refunded orders will post to your account in 2-3 business days after they are processed.
