Small Works Juried Exhibit 2008
The City of Davis
sponsors an annual Small Works juried exhibit of art by Yolo County
Artists, which the Pence Gallery hosts from June 13 - July 31,

Civic Arts Programs
The Gallery has recently been awarded a contract to provide services to the community and the City of Davis to enhance the cultural life in Davis, assist the Civic Arts Commission, and to provide analysis, development & implementation of Civic Arts programs. Bob Reich, the new Civic Arts Coordinator, located at the Pence, will work closely with the City of Davis to coordinate civic art projects in the community.
He will help the Civic Arts Commission (CAC) in making recommendations for arts contract applications, and facilitate the annual City of Davis juried exhibit. In addition, he will oversee the maintenance of the City’s existing public art collection. This position will also promote awareness of the City’s artistic resources through public art guides and Internet sources.
