Statement: Using found organic material to create my own media, my intention is to not to just reference the color of our local biome, but to take advantage of their unrefined and inconsistent nature. As a result the work utilizes the reflection of each sourced material to bring forth chance imagery that integrates both the physically sensed natural realm and the mental interpretation of it. A coalescence of internal and external natures into a unified effervescent complexity.
